The company is engaged in a variety of commercial projects, from federal to retail developments. DNCS also performs a considerable amount of infrastructure projects in the commercial industry. Our staff is well-known in the industry for the support rendered in the preliminary stages of the projects on design analysis and cost evaluations.
A HISTORY OF SUCCESS
DN Construction Services, Inc. is a company duly organized on February 5th 1998 under the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
It started out as a painting company, but it didn’t take long for DN Construction Services to transform into a general contractor. Since 1998, DNCS has grown to include a network of 40 subcontractors specializing in construction, renovation of shopping centers and retail stores. DNCS has successfully completed under budget and under the pre-established timeframe new construction and renovations for well-known chains.
With its mission to “provide the highest quality construction within a framework of honesty, dedication, and collaboration”, Vice-President David Valentín (BA. Construction Administration) have made DNCS one of the top construction companies of Puerto Rico.
Growth
Since 1998 DNCS has operated successfully, increasing the original net worth solely through net income from completed operations. The company’s growth is the result of the amount of repeat business received from clients who have found it convenient and profitable to retain DNCS as their preferred General Contractor.
Security and Safety
DNCS has an Accident Prevention Plan based on a sincere desire to eliminate personal injury, occupational illness, equipment, and property damage, and to protect its employees, as well as general public and customer’s employees. Company management and project supervision area charge with the responsibility of implementing and enforcing safety policies and guidelines. The Security and Safety Managers and Project Managers assist in the surveillance of the projects and audit their programs to ensure compliance with the company’s policies and with the state and federal regulations. DNCS will occasionally modify it Security and Safety Plan to git the needs of a specific client’s projects. In addition to our on-going efforts to prevent the nature and severity of possible injuries, as a result of its effort, the average DNCS cost per claim is well below the industry average.

condition or safer way to perform a task.
